Emma Too, who happens to be one of the Victims whose affected by the Loud music pollution that was claimed to have originated from the Samaki Samaki Restaurant and bar, belonging to Citizen TV Anchor Trevor Ombija, has come back at it again saying that the issue has not been taken into consideration still and has demanded to take it to court.

Emaa Too who is the Owner and Managing director. She has several estates as well and her beef with Trevor keeps escalating, a situation that started earlier back weeks ago probably a month plus,over noise pollution. Something that Trevor publicly declared to be not true and if at all it was, he said he had handled it by all means.

Emma Too has earlier today declared to ensure the owners of the restaurant are taken into account, because of their consistency of causing disturbance in their Neighborhood.

She also said that she’s exposed to the risk of attack because of the way her space is used as a drop and pick space, which she claims endangers her to threat and attacks

She twitted that, 

“The Establishment across my place started off by saying it was a jazz bar. Okay, they played jazz and if you played jazz at a low volume, it’s palatable. It’s not going to vibrate in my house. But there are certain beats that you’ll play, and I live in an old house, it literally vibrates my house.”

She concluded with saying that even in the odds hours which are 3 am the patrons speak in loud voices reason being because they were exposed to music for a long period of time, and they really don’t mind if they are causing interruptions and noise to others, and finally said that all she wants to be considered is people to respect other people’s peace and private space as far as they are having their way with parties and whatever it is they do.
