Speaking in their press release, Phil it director expressed his concerns about encouraging Kenyans to continue showing up in cinemas.

“Even as we offer the audience a way to purchase the movie on our website, we at Phil it want6 people to go to cinemas for Kenyan movies, just as they would any Hollywood-produced movie,” said Phil.

Abel Mutua, the co-director at Phil-it said that this was a dream come true and their goal

“We have been chasing the Cinema-going culture, that’s been my goal with Philo and there are people turning out in large numbers,” noted Abel.

The thrilling film is about a boy by the name ‘Kev’ whop is a super talented footballer and an orphan but his dreams are crashed due to the failed Kenyan systems.
