Kenyan businesswoman Murugi Munyi has shared the reason behind her weight loss.

Speaking via her Instagram stories, the mother of three said her decision to do so came to be because she felt heavy and so uncomfortable.
“I felt heavy and uncomfortable at 117 kg.My knees hurt.” She started off.
She also said that the weight she had was becoming too much because she was even feeling so unsure about taking random photos and videos leave alone playing with her own kids.
“I was out of breath playing with my kids and walking up the stairs. I wasn’t feeling as confident being in front of the camera.”
Lastly, the body was preventing her from getting a number of opportunities that would have greatly benefited her.
“I was even saying no to some opportunities because of how I felt on my body. I needed a change.” Murugi Munyi wrote on her page.
Murugi Munyi, who shared photos of her new body, admitted that she has already lost 22 kg and is set to lose 20 more.
Secret behind her body weight loss
A while back, the mother of three shared the secret behind her weight loss, saying it’s a weight loss aid injection that she gets weekly.
“It reduces your appetite and keeps you feeling full longer by delaying stomach emptying. It has the same effect as bariatric surgery but without the surgery, lol.” Murugi shared.
The journey so far has been amazing, even life-changing. I’ve lost 18 kg this year, with 12 kg shed since I started on Semaglutide.”
