Popular Kenyan comedian Jalang’o has offered sound advice to social media sensation Bradley Marongo, urging him to make the most of his current fame. In a recent episode of the Iko Nini Podcast, Jalang’o expressed admiration for Marongo’s rapid rise to stardom but stressed the importance of long-term planning.

Marongo, known for his extraordinary height and impressive shoe size, has quickly become a public figure. His unique physical attributes have led to lucrative endorsement deals and increased public interest.

While acknowledging Marongo’s success, Jalang’o cautioned him about the fleeting nature of fame.

“As we speak, he is in Diani, and we are happy for him,” Jalang’o said. “But we need to ensure that he makes the most of this opportunity.”

The comedian emphasized the importance of securing long-term contracts and building a sustainable brand.

“We don’t want to see Bradley back to where he was again,” Jalang’o warned.

Jalang’o also referenced past social media personalities whose fame faded quickly, urging Marongo to learn from their experiences. “

”Take everything they are offering you,” Jalang’o advised. “Sign better contracts now.”

Jalang’o used Githeri man & Uhuru Kenyatta’s look-alike as the epitomes of fame to poverty, to warn Bradley against short term fame.

“Do you know githeri man? Do you know Uhuru look alike, Do you know Serekali saidia and the many more?,” he asked.

Their story serves as examples of why consistency in building & maintaining brands is important. Will Gen Z Goliath heed to Jalango’s advice?
