Kenyan activist Kasmuel Mcoure, a well-known activist, publicly called out rapper Prezzo after being labeled a “clout chaser” by him.
Prezzo, who has a substantial following, accused Kasmuel of clout-chasing, saying there’s nothing he is doing to ensure that he is helping the people accusing him for attention and personal gain.
Kasmuel Mcoure maintained that Prezzo is no threat to him, asking him to keep his name out of his mouth. He went further, claiming that Prezzo is just trying to look for relevancy after realizing that his career is declining.
“The only thing that has brought Prezzo back to relevance is him talking about me. I mean, when was the last time we heard something about Prezzo?” Kasmuel said:
He also made it clear that Prezzo is no match for other artists, and the only thing that he has ever done, which has put him on a map, is a banger he released back in time, adding that Prezzo is one of the artists that is doing the art they are doing to maintain their status quo, something he described as ‘Recreational tracks’.

He weighed in on the issue of being accused of being a clout chaser, saying that he is actually trying to advance an agenda against bad governance, against corruption, and against a lack of accountability in government offices.
“Anything you see me doing now with regards to the community is political in the defense of the poor people, in the defense of the youths, in the defense of the people and persons living with disabilities. We cannot continue to think that this is a joke; this is not influencer work.” Kasmuel said
Kasmuel also hinted that he plans to vie for a political seat come 2027 because he has had enough of the way the government is treating the people, ignoring people’s pleas time and time again.
