Yvette Obura has been quite open about her struggle with weight loss something she says she has had to deal with for nine years now.
Well her struggle with the excess weight begun after the birth of her daughter, Mueni and just like most mums, Yvette Obura went through extreme body changes as her body seemed to prefer holding on to the baby fat instead of shading off like it should.
9 years later and Yvette Obura is still sampling dieting plans and hitting the gym to work on her body.

Well as seen on a new post, it appears she has started seeing some changes after embarking on intermittent fasting meal plan that involves switching between fasting and eating on a regular schedule.
As seen on the photos shared on her Instagram page, it’s easy t note the changes and even though they may appear quite small….truth is, it took a lot for Yvette Obura to achieve her current figure.
So far she has confessed to embarking on several diet plans including gym sessions however her body refuses to cut off her unwanted fat.
Yoh a girl is frustrated. I have tried everything to lose weght. I did intermittent fasting in 2019 upto 2021 and I lost 15kgs. I stopped, nikarudi and I lost weight again. Now from 2022, a girl is not losing weight and I have tried everything you can think of, Yvette said adding;
Ukikutana na mimi na nimenona…please..nielewe tu. I am tired. She said.
But finally it seems she is finally doing something right as her body is finally letting go of the unwanted fat.
