Digital content creator Murugi Munyi believes courtesy is the often overlooked key to a thriving relationship. The mother of three shared her insights on the power of simple acts of kindness in maintaining a strong bond with a partner.

Munyi emphasized the importance of three essential phrases;

“please,” “I’m sorry,” and “thank you.”

These words, she explained, have the power to significantly enhance a relationship. By incorporating these phrases into everyday interactions, couples can prevent resentment and foster a deeper connection.

“It’s easy to take our partners for granted,” Munyi admitted.

“But remembering to say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ helps to treat them with the respect they deserve.”

She also highlighted the significance of apologizing when necessary, emphasizing that it shows respect for a partner’s boundaries.
