Bonny Mwaitege Addresses Claims of His Demise

Renowned Tanzanian gospel singer Bonny Mwaitege, known for his hit songs ‘Mke Mwema’ and ‘Matendo,’ came forward to respond to false reports of his death.

Bonny Mwaitege took to his YouTube channel to express his frustration with the rumors about his demise.

Although he was hesitant to respond, the seriousness of the situation forced him to address his fans and the public directly.

“My dear brothers and fans of the songs of God’s servant, Joseph Patson Mwaitege, I have decided to come forward and speak to you regarding the confusion and rumors spreading online that have been alarming and distressing people,” Mwaitege said.

He also noted that such rumors had been ongoing for a while, but this time they had reached a breaking point, prompting him to speak out.

Mwaitege assured his fans that he was in good health and had not been in any accidents, dismissing the rumors as unfounded.

“Mimi ndugu yenyu mwimbaji wa nyimbo za injiri nipo mzima wa afya, sijapata matatizo yoyote, sijapata ajali yoyote ni uzushi tu ambao bado sijajua chanzo ni nani au nini.”

To help stop the rumors about his death, he asked people to share his video and inform others.

Bonny Mwaitege hopes Tanzanian authorities will help solve the matter.

The gospel singer pointed out that the situation was reported to experts and aides of Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan. Furthermore, he expressed his trust in their handling of the matter.

“I have already addressed this issue with experts and aides of President Samia Suluhu Hassan, who will identify the source and take appropriate action, “Mwaitege stated.

Mwaitege said he had complete faith in President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s government. Moreover, he mentioned that he had informed Mama Samia himself and believed that everything would be okay.

Mwaitege Thank his supporters, and apologize for the shock.

Bonny Mwaitege used the opportunity to thank everyone who was concerned about his well-being. Additionally, he apologized to those who were shocked by the situation.

“To those of you who were shocked by the situation, I want to say sorry. I also want to thank everyone for the love you showed me; many of you called so much that my phone almost overheated.” Mwaitege said.
