Kenyan digital creator Abel Mutua has shared an insight as to why his fellow-mate director Phil ended up undergoing surgery.
According to Abel Mutua, who is also the father of one, his fellow mate, Director Phil, injured himself while playing football, which is why he ended up in the hospital bed.
“Boy wenu Phil Director alienda kucheza ball na yuko miaka sabini. Hivyo ndio alijipata kwa operating table akiwekwa chuma kwa mguu. Sasa inabidi avalishwe maSundress like the baddie that he is,” Abel Mutua joked on his social media, accompanying the caption with the video of Phil.

The father of one shared a series of photos from his hospital bed, sparking concern among his followers and well-wishers and fellow industry friends and fans alike stood out, showing their support and wishing him a quick recovery.

What caught the public’s attention is the fact that Director Phil took the video of him walking with crutches and accompanied it with the latest trending track song, ‘Anguka Nayo‘, saying that for him, he is doing the challenge with one leg, kind of referring to his health status.
“Hii pande tumeanguka nayo, literally tunatumia one lege,” Director Phil wrote on his page, accompanying it with his video where he was seen trying to walk.
Despite the humorous tone, he did not provide specific details about what led to his hospitalization.
