President Ruto on Nyamu

Responding to questions on leaders showcasing expensive lifestyles and on Karen Nyamu behavior, President Ruto made it known that he had already addressed this issue before – but them being grown ups, they continue to do whatever they like.

I agree that some of our officials are arrogant, some of them speak out of fun, and some display obnoxious opulence, if I may say, which not only angers the public but sometimes forces me to call these people and give them a piece of my mind, Ruto stated adding;

Even Nyamu, I have had an occasion to sit her down and tell her that she needs to change what she is doing. The president said.
