Eric weighs in on brother’s death
With that said, Eric Omondi during Freddie’s last laugh show opened up on mental battle he has been handling ever since learning of his brother’s untimely demise.

You know, the truth is now hitting me that we’ve lost Fred, it’s hitting me now. Terence told me I would cry, right now I’m in denial, I’m in shock. He said, adding;
This week will be really tough, I’m exhausted but we’ll get through it. At least the committee is handling most of the arrangements for now. I’m heading to the village today. You know, back home there are trees, rivers… it’s like therapy, but it has been very tough this past week. Eric said.
Fred Omondi died on June June 15th after a road accident and will be buried on Saturday 29th June in Sega, Siaya County.
His memorial will however happen on Friday morning 28th June as scheduled by the Omondi family.
I feel overwhelmed and that’s why I don’t want to stay in Nairobi. I’ve decided to go home and stay there, I’ll return for the memorial service when we collect the body.
