Former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has dispatched a team of 12 professional medics to treat the injured protestors.

Sonko, who was speaking via his social media page, assured the public that those who have been armed will be taken care of regardless of the position they hold, be it a common mwananchi or policeman with a badge.

Our professional medics, with seven fully equipped ambulances, are attending to all the injured victims within the CBD and its environs. Reach us at 0713582224, 0725144071, or 0701247200. 0708119919 and 0723395088.” Mike Sonko wrote.

This comes after receiving developing news that protestors overpowered the policemen and went inside Parliament, which is the most guarded government premises.

In the process, there are reports from the media and those on ground that some people have been shot dead; the information on how many people have been dropped is yet to be confirmed, as this is just an assumption.

There are also those who have sustained serious injuries and are being attended to, as you can see from the pictures shared below:

The demonstrations are still ongoing on other parts of the country as well with them holding onto one Agenda which is #Reject the Finance Bill that is all the public wants.
