The Gen z’s have been on the frontline of rejecting the finance bill as they take to the streets to hold peaceful demonstrations against it. For this reason, they have been hailed as under-rated heroes by leaders and celebrities. They have gone a notch higher by convincing people who previously supported it and compell them to reject it. Andrew Kibe was among those who were convinced to change their view on the bill.
” I was lost but the Gen Z have opened my eyes,” he said.
Kenyans abroad react
With the latter in mind, Kenyans abroad have also shared that they’re not supporting the finance bill.
A video circulating the internet has shown Kenyans in the US taking to the streets to reject the bill.
