Kenyan President William Samoei Ruto has congratulated the young people for taking an interest in country affairs.
The Kenya Kwanza leader, who was addressing a gathering, recognized the young people’s efforts who are now getting involved in country matters, promising that he will have a conversation with them to see how they can together build a greater nation that serves all humanity without partiality or being biased.
“We have heard your issues, and we can work together as a nation.
I am very proud of our young people; they have stepped forward tribeless and peaceful, and I want to tell them we are going to engage them and have a conversation so that together we can build a greater nation.” President Ruto said,

He also reminded them that he has put more plans in place to ensure that the unemployed youths get job opportunities, as well as increased the CDF budget by 10 billion so that the young people are sorted.
“In this year’s budget, I have enhanced the budget going to CDF to increase by 10 billion so that young people can get bursaries, and they can be able to build ICT hubs so that they get digital jobs because we know the challenges of unemployment in our country.” Ruto said.
President Ruto has also increased the higher education loans board so that no child will miss out on the opportunity to study further because they cannot afford pay fees.
This comes after the public lead by the GEN Z demonstrated last week rejecting the 2024 proposed Finance Bill wanting it not be passed.
