Forex trader Kenyan Prince has shared his opinion concerning the newly proposed 2024 Finance Bill.
The young trader, who admitted that he has not taken a step toward campaigning against the 2024 Finance Bill, said the reason is that those who are doing so are doing it the wrong way.
“Personally, I have not taken a step against the rejection of the 2024 Finance Bill.
Instead of you guys rejecting it in a rightful way, you are making jokes and comedy out of this whole thing.” Kenyan Prince said.
He urged the public to stop rallying on the streets and demonstrating and protesting against the Finance Bill because he feels like it will have no value as the odds are clearly against them.
“President William Ruto is not a fool, you guys. You might think he is a loser, but he isn’t; he always goes for what he wants and gets it.
Making a lot of noise on social media and making jokes and fun out of it like empty debes out there won’t be able to impact this in any way. The 2024 financial bill might actually pass. You all might not be in agreement with this, but that is it.”

He, however, urged residents and the public to handle the situation strategically and in a creative way, if at all the country is going to stand a chance to be saved from the Finance Bill being passed.
Kenyan Prince reiterated that street demonstrations, inasmuch as they cannot be ignored and are clearly a way to send a message, can sometimes lead to unintended consequences such as public disorder, clashes with law enforcement, and disruption to daily life for many citizens. Additionally, there are safer and more effective ways to express grievances and influence policy.
He concluded by reminding the public that the goal is to create meaningful change. By choosing constructive and peaceful ways of being heard rather than marching on streets.
