Obinna shares the reason behind him missing the launch of ‘The Bahati’s reality Show’

Kenyan comedian and YouTuber Oga Obinna has explained why he missed ‘The Bahati’s reality show‘ launch, despite having been invited.

Obinna, who was speaking alongside Dem Wa Facebook in his usual weekly YouTube show, said the reason was that he was informed late, like a day before, and had already made plans.

I couldn’t make it for the launch that day because, number one, I am not very idle… The invite came a day before; come on, meen. My day was planned.” Obinna shared.

Another reason was because he was finalizing shooting his new show, ‘My Woman Ke‘. that he said is airing on his YouTube channel. Explaining that what he is trying to do in the new show is look for a woman.

Obinna acknowledges ‘The Bahati’s’

He, however, congratulated the duo for being the first Kenyan couple to release a reality show featured on Netflix.

Congratulations, Diana and Bahati; it is normally called checkmate, and that move is superb… Netflix—that is a big deal.

It is only right that everyone celebrate. You guys are not only writers but actors, and you own it. Good stuff. Congratulations. Keep winning. I like it when young people are winning
.” Obinna shared.

The Bahati Empire” follows Bahati’s previous reality show, “Being Bahati,” which aired on Kenyan national television. This new venture promises a fresh take, offering a glimpse into the unfiltered world of the Bahati family.

The show is currently amongst the Top 5 trending shows in Kenya which is actually record breaking.
