Kenyan Member of Parliament Junet Mohammed has disclosed the two things that surprised him the most when he saw the viral video of Kenya’s deputy president, Rigathi Gachagua.
Speaking during a parliamentary proceeding, MP Junet Mohamed revealed two things: the kind of bag the DP used, which was blue and unique in some way considering his status, and the reason why he never trusted anyone to carry his bag, not even his own bodyguard, who was questioning what the bag could have been carrying.
“Mr Speaker, I watched the Deputy President carrying a bag in the streets of Jomo Kenyatta. What struck me was the kind of bag that he was carrying; it was indeed for something else.
Another thing that struck me in that episode was what was in that bag because the DP could not even give it to his bodyguard; he had to hold it himself in person.” Junet questioned.

Gachagua’s entertaining personality
This is not actually the first time that the Deputy President has been spotted for doing controversial things, it actually started from the first time he was signed in office back then when he was taking an oath at the Kasarani stadium as the Deputy President of Kenya where he was way too first when it came to pledging the oath. His recovery was off balance as he recited dissimilar statements from what Amadi was reading.
Amadi: “…of the Republic of Kenya”
Gachagua: “That I will diligently…”
Nonetheless, many love the Deputy President because of how he always lights up the room even when it is a dull moment, a man known who described himself as a ‘Truthful man‘ and only takes tea, water and milk alone.
