Kenyan comedian and content creator Dem Wa Facebook has surprised media personality Oga Obinna on his birthday.
Apparently, Dem Wa Facebook had everything meticulously planned. In a video shared online, Dem Wa Facebook was seen gifting Obinna 25,000 ksh as one of the many birthday presents she said were in store for him.
“Mnadhani nakuanga jokes..hii ni suprise yangu kwa mzee wangu mnadhaningi sinanga pesa nikiwa kienyeji…..” Dem Wa Facebook shared before she started handing out the thousands to Obinna.
Dem Wa Facebook also gifted Oga Obinna with three vests, 12 pairs of boxers, and socks as additional gifts in celebration of her birthday. These second gifts were gifted to him at Dem Wa Facebook’s house in Kayole.
How Obinna was Tricked
Obinna was able to arrive in Kayole because Dem Wa Facebook tricked him that she was in a critical state and needed to see him urgently at her place, prompting Obinna to rush all the way to Dem Wa Facebook’s place only to realize that it was just a birthday surprise. He was received with a house filled with balloons, a birthday cake, and a beaming Dem Wa Facebook ready to celebrate his special day.
“Hii ni birthday, yako blow and make a wish.” Dem Wa Facebook told Obinna.
Dem Wa Facebook also stole the show by singing for Obinna, ‘Moyo Mashine‘, a song that they all sang in unison, showing their deep chemistry and love in the air in which after wards broke the hard cake that was unable to be cut.
Oga Obinna’s acknowledgment message to Dem Wa Facebook
Obinna expressed his deep gratitude to Dem Wa Facebook, “This means a lot because it comes from the heart,” he said, wishing her more blessings in return.
The way Dem Wa Facebook and Oga Obinna have been working together in unison, not just by hosting shows together but also by showing up at other celebrities events together, has been loved by many because generally their content resonates with many, and this was definitely bound to happen.
