Actress Brendah Jones has made many changes in her life since getting saved and among them is using her social media platform to reach young adults.
Lately she has been active on her socials, engaging fans in the comment section as she answers questions left by curious fans looking for solutions to their problems- hence her recent QnA session.
Among the questions she received is ‘how a person can quit watching porn‘ a struggle many youths continue to battle with behind closed doors. The question posed by one of her fans read Am really struggling to get rid of (indecency) addiction my heart is willing but a times my flesh is weak.
To which Brendah Jons responded asking the fan to first acknowledge that she had no control or power to beat her addiction.
You have to acknowledge that you aren’t in control and you can’t use your own power to conquer some things.
This is because healing starts with acceptance. As soon as someone accepts they have a problem with something, it then becomes easy to handle whatever battles they have been hiding on the low…lying to themselves everything is fine.
The actress went on to add that the next step would be cutting off anything that gives them access to their addiction, and in this case that would be – getting rid of a smart phone or better…taking a break from the online life – whether social media or google.
Alafu kuna if you really need to get rid of utafanya vitu actively like if in (indecency) unaweza ata get rid of smartphone etc. Somethings need extreme actions to get rid of them. Brendah Jons wrote.

I took 3 months away to just soak and hear God more clearly. It’s been the best vacation ever!!!!. She wrote adding;
