Abel Mutua has left a section of females on social media calling him out for alleged ‘pre planned’ sexual assault on Sarah Hassan.

The allegations were sparked by his confession on how he scripted to have his character on former Tahidi High, Freddie kiss Tanya, a role played by Sarah Hassan on the show.

From how he put it, many feminists feel that Abel Mutua may have used this opportunity to take advantage of Sarah Hassan who he describes as a low key person and one that did not entertain many people in her personal space back then.

With this out, there are also those who strongly believe what he was describing on Mic cheque is his character Freddie…and not Abel Mutua as a person considering at the time he was involved with his wife Judy Nyawira who was also pregnant with their baby girl, Mumbus.

Feminists however looking into the clip are convinced that Abel’s motive was to have his way with Ms Hassan and the only way he could do this is by writing the script his own way….just like most directors using young actresses and upcoming acts to their advantage.

A fan identified as Flavia wrote What a shame, messed up character and insensitive podcasters while another We are not petty, we have daughters and nieces who plan to one day be in the acting arena , if we don’t call out such individuals then it will haunt them.

Well, this is a debate that can only be shut down by Sarah Hassan herself, but again…she maintains her silence about the old story.
