Kenyan comedian Eddie Butita recenlty rubbed shoulders with American comedy legend Steve Harvey during a recent trip to the US. Butita was among a group of Kenyan creatives invited by President William Ruto on his state visit.
The encounter sparked a playful exchange back home. Comedian Njugush, Butita’s friend, posted a funny video on Instagram.

The video merged a clip of a dog barking with footage of Butita. Njugush playfully chided Butita, reminding him not to forget his friends after hobnobbing with celebrities and visiting the White House with the President.
Njugush also took things a notch higher by photosopping his face on to Butita’s photos; which he took while at the White House.
Butita’s trip to the US has been hailed by his fellow jesters for the few days he’s been there.
