Kenyan dancehall artist KRG The Don has called out clout-chasing pastors using God’s name in vain.
Addressing the pastors via his social media page, the father of three urged the public to avoid funny, unrealistic pastors who are trying to be popular by doing controversial things both inside and outside church.
“Some funny pastors really make Christian religion look like a joke. Sometime avoid funny pastors in churches, please.” Part of KRG’s statement read:
KRG believes in God’s existence only because he doesn’t agree with other ministers who are doing something contrary to what they are supposed to be doing.
“Mungu yako na Christianity is a good religion, but lazy people don’t know when to stop their silly scams.” KRG wrote on her page.

There has been several incidents from men of God doing controversial things, one of it is when Pastor Kanyari this past weekend shared a controversial post about himself receiving condoms and Arimis petroleum jelly as gifts from fans in church, something that has not been taken lightly by the public because, as a man of God, such things should not be acceptable in church.
Pastor Kanyari gladly received the gifts in front of his congregants, and it is these few incidents that have made KRG think of sharing the information, urging the public to be careful with the people they should listen to, especially pastors.
