Honorable Member of Parliament Silvanus O. Osoro Onyiego, who leads the South Mugirango constituency, has been blasted live during a Parliament proceeding by MP Millicent Odhiambo.
CAS Millicent Odhiambo, who was fuming with rage, confronted Silvanus Osoro in parliament, calling him out for what he described as disorderly behavior portrayed by him.

Why MP Silvanus Osoro is being attacked
According to Nominated Interior CAS Millicent Omanga, MP Silvanus Osoro was making gestures that were sexually suggestive to MP Fatuma, something that disturbed her, making her question his dignity as a leader and where his morals are.
“Madam Speaker, I don’t think it is honorable for MP Osoro to be making sexually suggestive gestures in the house.
He is pointing to his peanuts in this house while pointing to the honorable Fatuma; it is completely out of order, and it is not allowed in this house!! We don’t even know if he performs! What is he showing us here?” Millicent lamented.
