Steve Bhingi left many Kenyans asking questions following a video shared by SPM Buzz showing inside his house.
Well, apart from the flooding, Steve Bhingi’s house looked something like a storage closet…those from the village and truth is – it’s still hard to understand how he was surviving.
However thanks to Eric Omondi, Bhingi now lives a comfortable life after Kenyans stepped in to fundraise for the young man, hours after he shared video of his flooded house.

Having raised Ksh 311k Bhingi has reached out to president Ruto asking for more help.
Speaking during recent interview with Sauti TV, Bhingi pleaded with the president asking for a small piece of land that he can call his own.
Being a man who is getting older with time, Bhingi feels it’s time he secured a piece of land where he can build a permanent home for his family.
His plea comes weeks after he met the president during a Facebook event held at State house where the president was to help monetize the social media pages.
However what seems to surprise Kenyans is that Bhingi walked out empty handed despite meeting and interacting with president Ruto.
