Nominated senator Karen Nyamu has surprised many with the move she pulled off yesterday at Nairobi Roundabout Traffic.

Karen, who was wrongly instructing her driver to use the wrong lane just to avoid traffic, has been called out by netizens on Twitter, questioning whether she is indeed a leader many look up to.

In the video shared online by her, Karen Nyamu is heard telling her driver that if you are going to break rules, do it with confidence; don’t hesitate even for a minute.

“Ukiiba lazima Uibe na confidence…” Karen Nyamu instructed her personal driver.

Apparently she passed alongside a traffic police officer who couldn’t do anything. According to the mother of three, she said she was running late at a parliamentary proceeding, and she was not ready to allow traffic to make her miss the meeting and there was a way she could reach there with ease, even if it meant breaching traffic rules which is what she gladly did.

The video enraged many Kenyans, who have since condemned Karen Nyamu for endangering the lives of other road users and recording the incident.
