Wife to Gospel artist Guardian Angel has addressed her haters in a heartfelt post where she was mourning the demise of her close friend.
Speaking through her Instagram page, the mother of three said that the deceased passed away a week before she turned 50.
“This morning, I attended the funeral service of my friend. Today would have been her 50th birthday; she was looking forward to this great milestone in her life.” Part of Esther Musila’s statement read:
The 53-year-old went on to tell her haters that whatever they say, they have no power above God and that life is a blessing from God.
“When people mock you because of your age, do they think it’s God who gives life and not them? I will continue to age beautifully and unapologetically.”Esther Musila shared.
She posted photos and videos showing how they celebrated their late friend and how they marked what would have been her birthday.
Musila, who is roughly twenty years Guardian Angel’s senior, married the gospel singer in the beginning of 2022, and the two have been cohabiting ever since.
However, not everyone is pleased with their marriage, as some Kenyans have criticized their union, expressing disapproval of her marrying a man younger than her. Guardian Angel, who is only 32, and Esther Musila, 52, got married at a colorful wedding back in January 2022.
A while back, she shared how she dealt with bullies who taught her she had gone for a young person just to use them.
“Most bullies think that silence means you are weak. I will give you a taste of your own medicine if I have to. People need to heal from what hurts them. How do you hate someone for their relationship?” Esther shared back then.
