Apparently YouTube pays through the watch time hours that one gets rather than views in most instances.
Creatives have been told time and time again to make the most of their art by thinking about pursuing other endeavours that would increase their net worth while concentrating on their own brands in order to secure more endorsement deals. This way, they will be able to earn a respectable living and be free to pursue other interests without having to work as hard and relying on YouTube alone.
Kenyan YouTuber Thee Pluto, apart from having his own YouTube channel, also trades in forex and has a farm where he rears pigs and animals, which contributes to his net worth. The young entrepreneur drives a white Prado TX.
