5 Tips That Will Help You Smell Good All Day

Hygiene: everybody wants to look good, let alone smell good, and this is always a result of personal hygiene, nutrition, and identifying the right fragrances or deodorants.

Below is a list of five tips you should try if you want to glow and smell nice all day.

1. Do your laundry
One of the most important and very first things to do is ensure that your clothes are clean. Do not wear dirty undergarments or clothes you have previously sweated on. Use detergents that have nice fragrances to wash your clothes.

2. Take healthy meals.
It is always important to note that taking fruits and vegetables on a regular basis helps keep the skin smooth and shining all day.

Indeed, with the right choice of foods, your body will not release unpleasant body odor. What you take matters a lot to how your body will react. I never said that you shouldn’t take ‘Mutura. I just said your body will respond and react depending on what you give it. Be wise with the proportions you are giving your body.

3. Use perfumes and deodorants

Especially for those who sweat a lot, this should be on your list of things that you must have. Deodorants are formulated to eliminate armpit odor but not perspiration. They’re typically alcohol-based. When applied, they turn your skin acidic, which makes it less attractive to bacteria.

At times, people tend to apply deodorants to the wrong areas, hence the reason why they fail to be effective. Fragrances should be applied to pulse points such as the wrist, back of the ear, and behind the knee.

4. Take a lot of water.
Note that sweating makes your body lose a lot of water, which results in a bad odor. When the body is dehydrated, it produces bad odor, especially from the mouth. Water helps release toxins through sweat.

5. Shower regularly.
Taking a bath helps you stay clean and refreshed all day as you work towards ensuring that you remove dirt, sweat, and other body oils from the skin surface.

If your skin is sensitive to water, then take cold showers or a sponge bath to prevent irritation.

Always remember that the impression you make out there says a lot about you, so ensure that you safeguard that. Smelling good all day takes a lot of intentionality. It is an act that should be your daily practice. If, after practicing these tips, you still have a bad odor, you must see a doctor or dermatologist.
