The mother of two, through her social media page, opened up, saying that the whole separation thing didn’t take a toll on her because she had already ended her relationship way earlier, before they even announced that they were no longer together.

According to the socialite, she was already out of the relationship four months before they made it public; hence, she had already accepted the fact that they couldn’t work out, and that worked to her advantage as she was healing in the process of it.

“For me, it was over 4 months before it actually ended. I was done emotionally, physically, and mentally. So it was easy for me and the best decision I ever made. I chose ME and really wanted the best for my kids.” Vera Sidika opened up by responding to one of her fans during a question-and-answer session she had on her Instagram page.

As much as the separation was for the both of them, Vera clarified, saying that she also did it so that her kids could also live a better life, all depending on what she meant when making that statement.

Vera Sidika, who is currently out of the country in Los Angeles in the United States of America, did also talk about how she deals with the separation from her kids, whom she assured the public that they are being taken care of by her grandparents at the coast, with whom they are bonding more and more day by day.

Despite being that far from them, she said she normally stays up late talking and playing with them, amongst many other things that a parent does with their child, and as much as distance is an issue, it doesn’t really prevent her from staying in touch with her kids.

“I play with them. Have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with them on video calls. Asia shows me what she’s been up to with grandpa feeding chicks.

I haven’t been sleeping well because I stay up on calls with them.” Vera shared.
