Kenyan creative Terence, famously known as ‘Papa Fredy, has opened up on why he started doing the Wash Wash series.
Opening up during a brief interview session at the Edge Convention Centre with one of our journalists, BUZZ, he said that he had also been conned before big time, and this happened under his roof, hence making him start the series so that he can show people how conmen take advantage of those who are unaware of how things work.
“Nishaigongwa nishaitaka kua tajiri…nikapigwa wash nikafanya part 1….kwangu kwa nyumba nikanyoroshwa visenti…. walikuja wakaniambia hii mambo ya kemikali ooh Ngamwaya hapa elfu mbili ikue elfu nne nikatoa zangu 20 wakalamba.
Hata juzi nimegongwa na mwanamke elfu kumi na tano aliniambia ako an tuvitu vya mama tunoodles nikasubiri sikuona.” Terence explained.
This is the reason why Terence keeps releasing the Wash Wash series: to educate others so that they are not scammed and know how to approach and distinguish between real and fake clients.
He added that he will keep releasing the Wash Wash Part series as it is not just influenced by his own experience but also by diehard fans that are showing love by telling them what they should do because they have been victims of it.
Terence also talked about his past-relationship life, saying he did date over 100 women back then before he settled with Milly Chebby, with whom he has a child.
