On Monday, November 10, 2025, officers from the National Police Service (NPS) in Mandera North conducted an operation in the Shantoley area of Rhamu, leading to the recovery of 700 rolls of cannabis sativa, three kilograms of unprocessed cannabis, and an unregistered motorcycle suspected to have been used in transporting the drugs.
