Officers from Maganda Police Station on Monday carried out an intelligence-led operation targeting narcotics and illicit alcohol in the Maganda area of Mombasa County.

During the operation, police recovered 32 rolls and 40 sachets of a substance believed to be narcotics. The discovery was made after officers raided a suspected hideout used for the sale and distribution of illegal drugs.

One suspect was arrested at the scene and taken to Maganda Police Station for questioning. Authorities confirmed that the suspect is being processed and will be arraigned in court once investigations are complete.
