Daniel Koikai is said to have felt a lot of guilt following the death of his first born, Njamby Koikai who died after losing battle to endometriosis.

It is reported that shortly after delivering a heartfelt eulogy, acknowledging he had failed as a father – Mr Koikai hours later on took his own life by inflicting a wound on his neck that led to over-bleeding, hence death.

His daughter Naserian had revealed that her dad’s passing came at a time he had sent a ‘worrying’ text that forced her to rush to his apartment where she found his lifeless body.

Laid to rest

Well having taken his own life, Koikai family on Monday, 24th June held a private low key burial ceremony for their father.

As revealed, the late Daniel Koikai was laid to rest in his farm in Kitengela kajiado county where his family lives.

Unfortunately his daughter Njamby had requested to be buried in Langata where her grandmother had also been buried, refusing to associated with her dad or his family.
