Kenyan activist Kasmuel Mcoure has again made headlines for not just his bravery during the demonstrations that happened today’s ‘Nane Nane’ march but also his ability to voice the people’s grievances to the media outlets without fear.

Earlier today, Kasmuel Mcoure was part of those who marched on the streets of Nairobi CBD, and as usual, he never failed to hit the headlines, being a popular youth lately who many are now looking up to.

Through a video making the rounds online, Kasmuel is seen fleeing from policemen who wanted to capture him and take him into custody. It is not really the way he escapes them, but the way he is so aware of his surroundings, up to the point where he wisely reacts by lying flat on the ground to avoid being shot when he hears gun shots.

Kasmuel was widely applauded for his bravery today during the protests, where he stood out as a symbol of courage and determination. Amid a tense atmosphere where emotions ran high and the threat of violence loomed large, Kasmuel remained calm and resolute. He could be heard insisting on wanting to talk to the press, telling them to be on his front so that they don’t leave him exposed as much as he was the one being interviewed.” I need cameras, in front of me if you guys want to do s*** with my life, If you have a camera bring it infront of me, you cant use me for questions and leave me exposed meen!” Kasmuel was heard saying.

His actions spoke volumes as he positioned himself on the front lines, not out of a desire for recognition but out of a deep commitment to justice and equality.
