“Naeza Toa?” Judy Nyawira uses Mpesa to Illustrate family planning method she uses

Kenyan digital creator and wife to creative Abel Mutua has opened up about the kind of family planning method she uses that helps her prevent getting pregnant.

What family planning basically does is allow people to attain their desired number of children, if any, and to determine the spacing of their pregnancies. This is achieved through the use of contraceptive methods.

Speaking via her YouTube channel, Judy Nyawira said that she and her husband, Abel Mutua, have mastered the act of withdrawal, or ‘pulling out’ as many prefer to call it, when engaging in the act, thus the reason why they have had a clean record with no kids except one.

“I do not use any family planning method; tuliambiwa hiyo haiwezi kua is classified as a family planning method; I am not using any. We have become very good at, you know, kutoa kama kutoa mpesa vile wanasemanga.” Judy Nyawira said.

Judy Nyawira’s experience with the Coil

She, however, explained further that she tried the one similar to the IUD, called Jadelle, a method she said she tried for like a period of 3 years but never really worked for her, which is why she stopped using it and they are now relying on their instincts, which happen to have worked for them.

“Ilifika mahali nikatoa because I was bleeding for like three quarters of a month, which was not a good thing. Na docky, akani advise nitoe nikatry coil, but pia haikukubali, I had a lot of discomfort tukaitoa, so ladies and gentlemen, sisi tuko hapo kwa Mpesa, which is withdrawal.” Judy shared.

Judy Nyawira and Abel Mutua have one child, a female by the name of Mumbus, and they don’t plan on adding any more soon.
