Musician Kendi has expressed her deep admiration for her boyfriend, Timmy, referring to him as ‘soft and romantic’.

Speaking at the 10/10 Show on Citizen tv, Kendi started off by thanking the supporters that had shown up to support the both of them (herself and Timmy T. Dat) and sharing another side of Timmy T. Dat that the public doesn’t know of.
“To be honest, one thing I would say about Timmy is that what you see online about him is very different from what he is in real life.
He is very attached, very emotional; when it comes to other things, he is so attached we have even gone through other traumatic things together. Yaani ule msee manonanga badman kwa screen and online, ikifika kwa nyumba, u badman inaisha.” Singer Kendi Kiremi shared:
She also narrated further that Timmy is one of the ‘Softest Nigga‘ she has ever dated and still the baddest at the same time.

How Timmy and Kendi Met
A while back in an interview with Mwende Masharia of Radio Maisha, Kendi Kerimi revealed that she met Timmy on her birthday, an area she didn’t disclose though; saying it was really a blessing because she was on her lowest, but Timmy lifted her spirits, and it is from that moment that they started dating, having been industry friends who have worked together in the past, it was easier to blend in.
“Tulipatana area fulani hapo na nilikua nimetoka birthday yangu yenye ilikua niko down sana I had lost my mom then hivo hivo mabeshte wangu wakanichukua tufanye bash. Nilipitia area fulani hapo msee fulani akaniambia ndio yule Timmy anakuja, so I knew him from way back. I walked to him and said Hi, kidogo kidogo tukaanza kuongea, and the rest of it is history.
It helped me heal tuliclick, because he was always there for me. Juu hata tulikua mabeshte sana.” Kendi shared.
Kendi also revealed back then that she chose Timmy because of his mind, mad energy that always lifts her spirits and the fact that he also doesn’t care about certain things and he is a go getter.
“What I like about Timmy is, ako na energy I used to like that about him and then he is a go getter, hakuna kitu inaeza m limit.” Kendi shared.
The two have been together for over a year now and admitted that they might just be wedding soon and start a family.
