Kenyan Musician and Politician Charles Kanyi Njagua, commonly known as ‘Jaguar’ has helped in raising 1 million together with his close friends for Colonel Mustapha.
Speaking to the press, Jaguar said that he offered to help the Former artist because of how good and loyal he was with them.
“Tumeweza kuchanga karibu ya 1 million na tunapanga kumpelekea kwa mama yake on Tuesday.”
He went on saying that their act of charity is coming from their hearts and because they want to help someone who has been great to them before and their intentions are not aimed in getting fame or anything of that sort.
“Na hatujafanya hivi juu tunataka kuonekana kwenye media.
Hajawahi tutusi hajawahi tufanyia madharau ni mtu kama familia yangu.”
Aside from that, Jaguar said that he also wants him to get back to music after all this is done because it’s what he does best.
He also called out to Kenyan artists to consider investing their money into something that’s generative so that they avoid ending up in situations that require them to supported by the public.
Mustapha said that he will divide the money into two accounts his and her mother’s, and he will ensure that his mother receives treatment and when she’s up again he will fulfill her dreams which were to tour Mecca.
