Oteso, who had previously claimed to be the long-lost brother of TikTok star Bradley Mtall, made headlines after returning to his hometown of Bungoma following failed plans to meet Bradley in Nairobi. In the music video, he portrays the love interest of the female singer, engaging in romantic scenes with her.
Oteso’s story in Nairobi has not garnered as much attention as Bradley’s. A few days ago, he was seen in Bungoma carrying a bag, sparking rumors that he had left the capital due to hardships. It was alleged that he had been invited to Nairobi by socialite Manzi wa Kibera, who had initially invited Bradley but he declined.
Bradley has since refuted Oteso’s claims of being his sibling, stating that he has no brother named Isaac. He explained that Oteso took advantage of the opportunity to visit Nairobi and has now returned home, realizing that fame and success don’t come easily.
Oteso’s appearance in the music video marks a new chapter in his life, as he continues to make his mark in the entertainment industry.

He wanted to meet Bradley in order to compare their heights. He further explained that he has had the urge to meet Bradley for them to decipher whether they’re relatives.
