ARAP URIA ARRIVES IN NAIROBI AFTER CYCLING FOR 4 DAYS ON THE ROAD

For those of us who have been monitoring this guy, we can truly testify that we didn’t see this coming.

Kenyan Content creator and sports influencer Arap Uria whose commonly known for imitating sports commentator Peter Drury, has arrived in Nairobi today after racing on the road for a period of 4 days.

The Sports Influencer commenced his journey on Friday from Eldoret to Nairobi which covered a distance of 311 Kilometers.

Earlier today, he arrived at parliament Road and was received by Senator Jackson Mandago of Uasin Gishu County.

Him showing up or rather cycling all the way from Eldoret is living a promise he had said that If Manchester United (a football team in the English Premier League) wins against Chelsea, then he will ride with a bicycle to Nairobi.

The results turned out just as he had dared it as Chelsea his team lost to Manchester United at their opponents home ground on old Trafford loosing to 4: 1.

Despite that, he shared the challenges that he faced thanks to those who were around him to ask him, he said that the initial bicycle he had from Eldoret broke down making them getting another he also disclosed that he suffered a muscle pull.

“The major problem was that I got a muscle pull while riding, and my bike got spoiled along the way. We had to bring another one from Eldoret.”

He lastly concluded saying that his ride was not only to live to his promise but also act as a motivator to the young people that anything is possible, all you have to do is commit yourself and keep your eyes on the price.

Uria has also been given a 3-day trip to Masai Mara by a travel and tour company as a congratulations gift.
