Kenyan artist, entrepreneur, and CEO of Akothee Safaris has opened up, revealing how her friends let her down when she needed them the most.

Speaking through her social media page, Akothee opened up, saying that she was let down by her friends because they didn’t support her, as she thought they would support her business the same way they normally do when it comes to partying and having a nice time.

“This year, my hands are full with Akothee Academy.

Even the friends I thought would support me nimekula ma blue ticks kibao 😂😂😂Nanganganga mwenyewe hata desk ya 3500 hawawezi ninunulia lakini kama ni pombe wangeninunulia champagne ya 17k 🙏 tena wangeniuliza ni hoteli Gani” Akothee shared.

The ‘Sweet Love’ hitmaker had announced opening her new academy school, which fell amongst the many wins that she has.

Akothee’s Academy

“BEHOLD AKOTHEE ACADEMY _RAKWARO
I’ve chosen to keep my journeys private on social media, opting to share the end results. Presenting Akothee Academy’s kindergarten classes (PP1 and PP2) is a heartfelt gift to my community. As we progress towards primary and junior secondary levels, which I will share shortly, my vision is to contribute to the educational landscape. Rakwaro Kanyawendo, where I’ve built my retirement home, is now home to this kindergarten. Recognizing the need for a safe space for children under 5, I aim to provide mothers with a place where they can entrust their kids while pursuing livelihoods.” Part of Akothee’s statement read:
